With her newfound knowledge, she travels around town and questions the residents to see if she can discover more about the murders. The family had left behind a will and an unsolved secret of their own that people would literally kill to find... and have already tried in the past five years. Mercedes takes it upon herself to find more clues as to who the murderer is, but must watch her back if she does not wish to become the next victim. After marrying John Cook (deceased), we moved to the family farm where I have lived for the past 48 years. I wrote this book several years ago and was inspired to get it published by my daughter.
