Author Biography
Freda has won multiple awards for her dishes. She has worked for top tier hotels and restaurants in Miami and Antigua. She served as the host chef instructor of the Hotel Training Center, Dutchman's Bay, Antigua for 15 years. A certified hospitality trainer, Freda has attended continued hospitality and Chef Training with Cornell University continuing education classes. Her second cookbook: The Art of Caribbean Baking Cookbook with Recipes for Caribbean Breads, Cakes, And Desserts is also available.
