This soothing and hydrating organic facial steam is a true delight to the senses as well as calming for the mind. It helps to loosen up dirt and impurities, promotes circulation for a glowing boost, and with its hydrating properties will leave your skin feeling silky smooth.

Directions: Begin with cleansed skin. Boil a pot of water. Empty 1/3 of the bag into a large bowl. Carefully pour the hot water into the bowl. Allow the water to cool for a few minutes. Position your face approximately 12-18 inches above the steaming bowl of water. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel to create a tent, ensuring your eyes are closed. Steam for no more than 3-5 minutes. Rinse your face and follow with moisturizer.

Caution: Facial steaming is not recommended for individuals with sensitive skin, severe inflammation, sunburned or windburned skin, rosacea, extreme acne, or visible broken capillaries. If you are pregnant, avoid using herbs during the steam. Those with sensitive skin should approach steaming with caution and minimize steam exposure by skipping the towel.
